Hi everyone Innocent here, welcome to Home Maniac website. Real estate has been a passion of mine since I was 15 years old when I was introduced to property investing by my Uncle and over the years I have purchased some properties for my self and on behalf of others.

Being brought up by a single family and not from a wealthy family myself, I have often looked for alternative ways of financing which led me to a number of ways someone can purchase a home with either bad credit or low income

Now I want to give back

Over the years I have learned a lot about buying a home, a lot about renovating, a lot about financing that help you get your dream home ….and I want to offer others some insight into many of these as well as provide you with updated tips that pros are using these days

About Me

I was born from a poor immigrant family and from a young age I developed a passion for real estate, I faced firsthand the pain of struggling to pay rentals sometime. As a family at some point in our life the six of us had to live in a one bed apartment without gas and electricity sometimes

At 15 that is when my uncle introduced me to the property market and the advantages of owning your own place, I fell in love with this idea and decided to pursue it. I began to read a lot on the subject and also associate with others who shared the same interest in the subject.

By the age of 19 I got my real estate license and started selling properties, when the economy crushed I noticed most of the rich people I knew were buying more real estate when most people were moving away from the market and I also took my savings and bought my first rental property and this has been the best decision I have made in my life

I created this website to help people like me who have at some point in their life struggled in purchasing their own properties and had to suffer in the hands of landlords when things were not going their way financially, I will use this platform to give you a step by step guide on how to purchase your first home with no down payment.

Home Maniac was created to give you all the information and knowledge you need to own your first home regardless your financial status, we are not here only to help you get your first house but to also help you make it a home, you will get all the tips in renovating and insuring your home from us
